The Experience
We have expanded. Now offering mindful gatherings for various aged groups in addition to providing custom handmade artwork. The Intuitive Birth Educational Services will empower parents and siblings throughout the Reiki Birth Experience. Each services grants access to an exclusive online community of like minded individuals. The groups are private to maintain integrity as private and sensitive topics will be addressed.

Raveled in Blessings is a source of wellness for the mind, body, spirit and growing family. We offer Group Art Therapy for all ages via The Art Experience, Reiki Sessions, as well as Intuitive Birth Educational Services.
Our services are customizable for each client. The goal is to meet each person where they are while applying healing with a side of fun. Evolving into the person you are manifesting comes with work. We are here to lighten the load with Art, Reiki and support to empower every aspect of your being in any phase of your life.

Services
Art Experience
The ART Experience (formally known as Sip with Shay) is offered via one-on-one, couples or group gatherings. The experience is 1.5 to 2 hours in length. It includes but is not limited to intimate sharing, a customized paint experience based on the needs of the client. We travel to you with all of the supplies needed to bring your ideal experience to life. Whether body painting, canvas or paint and pour or photoshoot, prepare to enjoy individualized art made by YOU, curated by R.I.B.
customized art
We offer acrylic on canvas, logos, websites or signs, we consult in order to bring your vision to life. Prices vary due to demand, size and occasion. We also customize for themed art parties. Canvas will be customized beforehand and supplied prior to the event for all participants to enjoy at your event.
Group Art Sessions
We offer sessions with a minimum of ten persons to join us for mindfulness activities, games, giveaways and intentional gatherings to discuss topics and informally address traumas by way of creating art using reiki infused canvas and intuitive forecasting.
REiki & Art
One on One reiki sessions include a meditation, mindfulness exercises, discussion and mini art session. These include smaller canvas as the art is used to be therapeutic. We travel to you with the supplies on hand. Every minute of these sessions are intentional.
Doula Experience
The doula experience is our newest offering. It has two segments: birthing and postpartum. Our services include birthing and postpartum support and intuitive birth experiences in preparation for the delivery. Childbirth classes, breastfeeding counseling and reiki sessions are available at this time.
Duo Experience
An art and birthing experience can be combined for a discounted price. The Duo Experience includes: a group art session, a couple’s session and or a belly painting session in conjunction with the birthing experience. Reiki sessions, mindfulness exercises and meditations in combination with the birthing experience are also an option.
Birth
Leading up to the birth, Shay interviews the family. Childbirth education classes are offered if needed and a plan is created based on the needs of the growing family. Birthing techniques are shared throughout the process, and we work in conjunction with your medical doctors to culminate a positive birthing experience.
Postpartum
The fourth trimester is arguably the most important. We are here to assist you with acclimating to parenting and helping the children to adjust to the newborn. Breastfeeding counseling is offered. Ready for your first time out as new parents? We will have a postpartum visit and keep the baby while you enjoy a few hours on the town.
